MPD single-pixel detectors include a single SPAD inside the module, and feature high efficiency in different wavelength ranges, from UV to visible and near IR, low noise and excellent timing performance.

MPD offers various SPAD arrays based on Silicon CMOS technologies, ranging from large photon-counting arrays to smaller arrays with direct photon outputs and cameras with an integrated TDC for each pixel. MicroLens Array (MLA) option is available for fill-factor enhancement.
MPD offers advanced electronic products, including Quantum Random Number Generators (QRNG), high-speed level translators, and picosecond delayers. With in-house expertise in high-speed electronics, FPGA design, and precision timing, we develop solutions that complement our photon detection technologies.
